How do I recover my lost password?
Visit www.rgaleague.com/account/reset.aspx and enter the required information to initiate the password reset. If you cannot provide all of the information, please contact us for further assistance.

My account is locked, how do I access it?
Locked accounts are automatically reset after 15 minutes of being locked. If you need immediate access, visit www.rgaleague.com/account/reset.aspx and enter the required information to initiate the password reset. Resetting your password will also unlock an account that was locked due to too many failed attempts.

My account is banned, can you unban it?
If your account was banned for cheating and the detection was made from AtomBlocker, then the answer is NO. If you were banned manually through one of our servers, create a post in the ban appeals section of our forums. Please be sure to include your in game name, steamid, and the reason why you were banned. Server bans are regularly imported to our master database and are league wide, restricting access to all RGA League services.
