This is the ladder division for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in which teams are allowed to challenge other teams as they want. There are no season weeks or scheduled matches. Acceptance of challenges from other teams is completely voluntary. The goal is to get and hold onto the top position on the divisions leaderboard. Teams are ranked first by their RPI and second on their teams points. Points are earned by completing achievements such as scheduling and completing matches.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is a first person shooter, team style, online game. This game is based on the Counter-Strike series of game in which players select to be on the terrorist or counter-terrorist team. Each team has varying objectives, depending on the map, that include protecting/bombing a target area(s) to rescuing hostages. Typically gaming leagues only allow bomb/protect maps due to the increase of strategy and ease of play. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, or CS:GO for short, will feature new maps and weapons, as well as an updated graphics engine. CS:GO is planned to be released in early 2011 and is said to focus on 5v5 team matches. This will be perfect as it will follow the RGA League structure.
