Anyone who uses this site, software, or any services from the Regional Gaming Associal League, or RGA League, agree to all present, past, and future terms and conditions provided by the RGA League.
If you do not agree to this, or any other item, DO NOT USE THIS SITE, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, OR OTHER ITEMS PROVIDED BY THE RGA LEAGUE!
Viewers, users or members who choose to join/use/view/affiliate with the RGALeague.com website agree to any and all terms and conditions and acknowledge that the they know and agree with the fact that the terms and conditions can change at any time for any reason with or without notice and that any changes apply before, during, or after creation or acceptance. Users and members also agree that they are 13 years of age or older at the time of registration, or that they have the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Competitions, tournaments, and other related events are strictly performance based. Prizes may be awarded to the top performing teams. No chance is involved in any shape, form, or manner. Performance will be judged solely on the data provided and outcome of team versus team matches. If prizes are distributed, the recipient must be a legal us citizen and be at least 18 years of age. The recipient is responsible for all taxes and other legal items related to such an event. Recipients of any prizes must be legal US citizens and agree that they are responsible for claiming and reporting all income to their proper location, including any state and/or federal taxes. Users are responsible for any and all fees associated with prizes, reporting, taxes, duties, customs. Any individual who is given $600 USD or more in a single year must fill out a W9 form and return it to the RGA League.
Any attempt to cheat, hack, manipulate, modify, change, destroy, damage, or in any other way, shape, or form of manipulating the game, league, matches, teams, website, or anything else linked to the league or tournament that affects game play, tournament standings, prizes, matches, or other related information is grounds for suspension, banning, deletion, or other disciplinary or legal action. The RGA League reserves the right to remove/cancel/delete any account or prize(s) as it sees fit.
Teams must understand that the rules listed are guidelines that RGA Staff will use to determine matches are fair and kept competitive. All RGA rules are subject to change with or without notice. It is advised that teams review the rules weekly.

RGALeague.com and its owners/investors/users take no responsibility or legal responsibility for any use/misuse/infringement/attacks/assaults/defaming/inappropriate/destructive or any other illegalities due to its users/staff/owners. By using or viewing this site all users agree to dismiss RGA League staff, affiliates, organizers, moderators, developers, and other users from any cases, lawsuits, or any other proceeding/legal proceedings or events.
RGALeague.com provides no warranty or guarantee of its services or uptime, although will do it's best to ensure its services.

This includes but is not limited to prizes, map changes, file changes, updates, team removal, match removal, rule changes. All users, members, viewers, and participants acknowledge that they agree to and will adhere to all terms and conditions past, present, and future. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are agreeing to all past, present and future changes/additions/subtractions/modifications with or without notice.
RGA League Software
Anyone who choses to install any software referenced by or provided by the RGA League agrees to all terms and conditions provided here and with each software application. Any software provided by the RGA League is provided as-is with absolutely no warranty or guarantee. By installing or using any software, the installer does not receive any rights to the program, software, or any material presented. By using and/or installing any software provided by the RGA League or other sites/affiliates users/installers agree to release all liability from and not hold the RGA League and/or its owners/investors/affiliates/community/members/users responsible for any damages incurred including but not limited to software, hardware, loss of opportunity, mental of physical problems, account or game account loss or banning, or any damages. Under absolutely no condition(s) will the RGA League and/or its owners/investors/affiliates/community/members/users be liable or held liable by any user/installer or outside or third party user/company/person/affiliate for any reason including but not limited to dagames, losses, corruption of data. RGA League software interacts with accounts created through www.rgaleague.com and THE RGA LEAGUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL/MODIFY/DELETE/BAN ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON WITH OR WITHOUT WARNING AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION. Users may not redistribute or resell this software provided. Users are not permitted to make changes to, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer this program or accompanying files. All files, logos, images, text, and other data is copyrighted and property of their owners and cannot be used or distributed without written authorization of the legal owner. The use of any copyrighted material is not allowed without written authorization from an AUTHORIZED RGA representative or authorization from the softwares respective owner. Users/installers are responsible for installation, maintenance, and removal of any software and are responsible for any effects, problems, or any related issues.
The RGA League software program will collect information on, but not limited to, system specifications, system performance, user and system data, displayed visuals and graphics, and other information deemed necessary to prevent cheating or game manipulation to be decided solely under the discression of the RGA League. This collected information will be saved in our databases and used for analytical and evidentiary purposes.
Privacy Policy
Data collected by RGALeague.com is used by RGALeague.com and stored in our databases. This data will be used to contact members giving them updates on account activity such as new match requests, upcoming matches, site updates, and other game related information.
The advertisements displayed on this website are not necessarily endorsed by RGALeague.com and are provided by external companies.
Advertising companies may record some of the user's personal information for their use. Some of this information may contain public IP addresses and/or the creating of cookies on the user's computer or device to allow them to better target ads towards each viewer.
The Regional Gaming Association League, www.rgaleague.com, RGA League, is owned and operated by Citrus Enterprises LLC.
VIP Memberships
VIP memberships are monthly recurring memberships that a user can purchase for his/her own account. These memberships are paid for by the user (you) and the money is given to the RGA League (us).
By creating a membership, the creator agrees to all terms and conditions listed on this site.
Anyone who purchases a VIP membership must be at least 18 year of age or older.
Memberships will automatically be renewed each month from the start date of the contract until the contract is cancelled.
Either party may choose to cancel the membership contract at any time for any reason.
As a VIP member, you can reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time. Memberships are billed one month in advance, and rates are not prorated in membership is terminated by either party.
Users who start a VIP membership agree that their VIP membership is locked to their account and cannot be refunded or transferred to a different account.
The RGA League reserves the right to cancel or modify any membership or account, at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of the RGA League.
Users whose accounts are active, suspended, banned, or not in good standing for any reason will not be given a refund for any reason.
Maintaining a membership does not provide any ownership of any RGA League assets, services, or property (physical or intellectual).
Memberships not renewed on their renewal date will have their VIP benefits removed from their account.
Free game servers may be provided to teams who have 5 or more members with an active VIP membership.
If a team accepts the server, they must have at least 5 VIP renewals within the following month of activation in order to keep control of the server.
Players can only use their VIP membership towards one team, and cannot be used to provide a server for more than one team.
Users who wish to use their VIP for a different team must submit the request to us in writing via a support ticket.
The game server will be owned and controlled by the RGA league, and no physical or FTP access will be given.
Requests for additional configs, maps, or mods must be submitted via a support ticket and must meet guidelines for the RGA League.
The free game servers are a privilege, and the RGA League reserves the right to modify or cancel any sponsored package at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Maintaining 5 VIP members does not guarentee access to this service.
If your team has 5 active VIP members and you have not been contacted, please submit a support ticket.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped out through our choice of carrier which will be determined by the order destination and size. Expedited shipping methods are available and can be requested before placing an order, however the buyer will be responsible for extra charges. Orders in which all items are in stock will typically be shipped out within one business day. Orders in which some or all of the items are backordered will be held until the entire order arrives. Backordered items can take up to two weeks, or longer in some rare isntances, to arrive and ship out. Notifications will be sent once an order is shipped. Orders are shipped from the United States and can be shipped to all 50 states. International shipping may be available upon request, and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Cancellation Policy
All orders cancelled before the order is shipped will be refunded. Any orders that are cancelled after being shipped will be refunded after items are returned. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping and postage charges and all items returned must be unopened and in original packaging.
Return/Exchange Policy
RRP PURCHASES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED.
Orders can be refunded within 7 days of shipping with an approved authorization request. If you wish to return your product you must contact a representative so that your account can be noted and an RMA request can be created. All accepted returns will only be refunded for the price of the ordered items, not the price of the items and shipping costs. ALL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. All items returned must be unopened and in original packaging. Buyers will be responsible for any return shipping and postage charges.
All cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled on an individual basis and exceptions may apply. DO NOT return items without prior authorization or lengthy delays during the process may be encountered.
Defective, or otherwise damanged items must be returned within the return period with an approved RMA number.
Anything outside of or not covered by the return and exchange policy above is to be decided upon on a case by case basis at the sole discression of the RGA League.
RRP Policy
RRP, or RGA League Reward Points, are considered a zero cash value virtual item. Being of no cash value, RRP cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. RRP can be used to pay event entrance fees, as well as purchase select items from the RGA League store.
RRP can be sent to other players and teams, and all transfers are considered 'one way'. The RGA League cannot assist in the reaquisition of RRP that were spent or given away, unless they were distributed illegally (account hacked and hijacked).
The RGA League cannot guarantee the recovery of all or any RRP in such events. RRP can be given out as prizes for competing in, winning, or completing RGA League objectives.
RRP distribution for events is controlled strictly by the RGA League and is not guarenteed.
RRP DOES NOT IMPLY OWNERSHIP OF ANY MEANS TO ANY RGA LEAGUE ASSET(S).
